In the State of Pennsylvania the law requires that a
Process Server be at least 18 years of age and not a
party to the action in which he/she is the process
server. The process server must be a disinterested person
and have no legal or financial interest in the lawsuit in
which he is the process server. Our office is run by a former Federal Agent with surveillance and electronic eavesdropping experience who will go the extra mile to ensure the person(s) you want served, are served successfully and properly - be it at home, work, or other location as needed pursuant to Pa. RCP no. 402. After completing the service of process, we affirm, by Affidavit of Return, that the Service of Process was executed in a proper manner and that the defendant was provided due process. With our office in Wilkes-Barre, you can be sure that we are within a reasonable distance from where you need your defendant(s), or witnesses served. See our service area. Some small towns may not be listed. We work nights, weekends, and Holidays to get the job done. Remember the Sheriff's department only works 9-5 Mon.-Fri. and only makes three attempts to the person's residence - and always in uniform! Don't expect them to go the extra mile to serve process.
